Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to rent from Peek!
We encourage all Peek Customers to take a few minutes to consider our Terms & Conditions prior to your appointment and / or renting.
Booking Fees & Appointment
- A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
- Booking fees are non-refundable, and will be forfeited upon cancellation. Similarly, if less than 24 hours notice is given for any postponement / rescheduling.
- Booking fees and appointments are non-transferrable.
Security Deposit
- A security deposit is required for each dress / outfit rental.
- The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental item in its original condition within 5 working days.
- The security deposit will not be refunded if unrepairable damages are caused to the dress / outfit.
- All of the above is subject to Peek's discretion and assessment.
Selection, Confirmation & Exchanges
- Upon selection and confirmation, Customers will be requested to evaluate and assess for any damages, stains and / or tears.
- The condition of any dress / outfit will be recorded by the Peek team and Customers will be requested to provide confirmation / acknowledgement.
- After leaving Peek premises, Customers have a 6 hour period to raise any concerns / issues / defects if any. After the allotted 6 hours, it is assumed that full acknowledgement of the condition has been provided by the Customer.
- Similarly, if the Customer has opted to collect the rented dress from the designated Arcoris Soho Lobby (whether in-person or via a delivery service), the Customer will have 6 hours from the time of collection to raise any concerns / issues / defects if any. After the allotted 6 hours, it is assumed that full acknowledgement of the condition has been provided by the Customer.
- Exchanges are allowed only for dresses / outfits within the same tier or higher (with additional fees for higher tiers), subject to availability.
- No refunds are permitted for dresses / outfits from lower tiers.
Responsibility for Damages & Repair Charges, Loss of Items & Non-Return Charges
- Dresses / outfits must be returned in the same condition as it was rented with no stains, tears, burn marks, holes, scratches and / or other damages.
- Any damages to the rented dress / outfit will be subject to additional fees (see below).

If damage and repair charges are not made to Peek within the allotted timeframe, it will be deducted from the Customer's security deposit.
Damages & Repair Charges (% of Rental Fee):
- Small dirt stains (can be cleaned): 0%
- Large dirt stains (can be cleaned): 10%
- Torn / holes / ripped (can be fixed): 20%
- Scratches / loose embellishments (can be fixed): 20%
- Scratches / loose embellishments (cannot be fixed): 50%
- Oil / permanent stains (cannot be cleaned): 80% + security deposit will not be refunded
- Burnt / torn / holes / ripped (cannot be fixed): 80% + security deposit will not be refunded
Loss of Items & Non-Return Charges:
- Complete loss of dress / outfit: 100% of rental fee + security deposit will not be refunded
- Loss of dress / outfit accessories (e.g., shawl, sleeves, clip on gowns etc): 10% of rental fee
Alterations / Modifications:
- No alterations or modifications can be made to the rented dresses / outfits without prior consent from Peek.
- Any unapproved alterations or modifications will incur damage and Customers will bear all repair charges.
Rental Duration, Pick-Up & Returns
Tuesday - Saturday (11am - 7pm)
Sundays (11am - 5pm)
- The rental duration for dresses / outfits are 4 days, starting from the day of pick-up.
- Any extended rental period will incur a charge of RM40 per day, after the allotted 4 days.
- Customers are encouraged to pick-up dresses / outfits in-person to assess the condition in-person.
- Customers may use delivery services when picking up / returning the dresses / outfits.
- Customers will be held liable for any losses / damages incurred by the delivery service.
