Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes! We’re by appointment only.
This ensures you have a dedicated, private fitting experience without the rush. You can book your appointment here via our online scheduler.

How long is the rental period?
All rentals are for 4 days — perfect for a weekend event or quick getaway.
Need more time? Just ask! We offer extensions for a small daily fee (subject to dress availability).
Do I need to pay a rental deposit?
Yes — we collect a refundable security deposit to lock in your chosen dress. Without it, the dress won’t be reserved and may be rented out to someone else!
The deposit also covers any minor damages or cleaning, so your rental experience stays smooth and stress-free.
Don’t worry — if the dress is returned in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Our small team personally inspects and preps every return, and we promise to do it as quickly as we can.
What happens if I return a dress late?
Life happens — but late returns throw off our rental schedule for the next glam girl!
A late return fee of RM40 per day will be automatically deducted from your deposit for each day past the agreed return date.
Do I need to dry clean before returning?
Nope, we’ve got that covered. Dry cleaning is included in your rental. Just return the dress in the provided garment bag, and we’ll handle the rest.
Can I bring plus ones to my appointment?
Of course! Hype girls (or guys) are always welcome.
If your guest isn't trying anything on, there's no need for them to pay the appointment fee. If they have a change of heart and want to join in the fun, they can pay in person — easy!
Just a heads-up: if there are other girlies in the fitting room, any male guests will need to hang out in our waiting area.
Do you check the dresses regularly?
We take dress care very seriously — our team does a full QC (quality check) three times a week.
It’s a huge job, but it helps us catch any damages or issues early so we can fix them or record them before the next booking.
That way, everyone gets the glam experience they deserve — no surprises, just main character things.
